We utilize geo-location technology to verify your location. If you block, spoof, or mask your location (e.g., via VPN), you will be prohibited from purchasing tickets.

1.3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

2. Purchasing Tickets

2.1. Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket purchase has been confirmed and recorded in our central computer system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your number selections and draw dates before confirming your purchase.

2.2. Ticket Limits

To promote responsible gaming, we may impose limits on the number of tickets you can purchase per day or per draw. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without providing a reason.

2.3. Game Rules

Each lottery game is governed by specific Game Rules (available on the "How to Play" page), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the specific Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail regarding the mechanics of the draw and prize structure.

3. Prizes and Claims

3.1. Verification

All prize claims are subject to validation by Frosty Loon Lotto. A ticket is a bearer instrument; however, online tickets are tied to the account holder. We reserve the right to withhold payment if the ticket appears to have been obtained fraudulently, or if the claimant cannot verify their identity.

3.2. Claim Period

Prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and returned to the prize fund or used for charitable purposes as regulated by provincial laws.

3.3. Payment Thresholds

  • Up to $999.99: Credited directly to your player wallet.
  • $1,000.00 to $24,999.99: Requires submission of ID and banking details for direct deposit.
  • $25,000.00+: Must be claimed in person at our Prize Centre. Large prizes may be subject to a standard investigation period.

3.4. Winner Publicity

By accepting a major prize (defined as $1,000 or more), you grant Frosty Loon Lotto the right to publish your full name, city of residence, and photograph for transparency and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Responsible Gaming

We are dedicated to preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your play, including:

  • Deposit Limits: Cap the amount you can deposit weekly.
  • Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily ban yourself from accessing your account for a set period (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years).
  • Session Timers: Reminders of how long you have been logged in.

If you self-exclude, you will not be able to reactivate your account under any circumstances until the period expires.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

  • Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
